• Change penalty system to align with other fleets: No turns, fly yellow flag/streamer/lose points or percentage.

• Late joining boats:
• if join after the 7th race, boats not counted in the scoring. (the receive a score, but not points)
• How to adjust for boats who only race a few races late in the season?
• Could treat them as late joining boats?
